Two types of granules for two releases of medicine
DEXILANT capsules contain two different types of granules (tiny, dissolving beads that release medicine after you swallow the capsule). One type of granule dissolves first to release medicine within an hour of taking your pill. The second type of granule dissolves around 4–5 hours later. That way, it can release medicine later.
